Welcome to a regenerative retreat with education on mental wellbeing.

First Day

Introducing an innovative concept created by Alessandra in 2020 - The Mental Spa, where luxury extends beyond the realm of the body to embrace also the nourishment of the mind.

During this transformative 30-minute session, we extend you a warm welcome as we embark on a journey of journaling and reading. In today's fast-paced world, many find themselves longing for moments to indulge in introspection and connect with their emotions. Alessandra believes in granting you that invaluable opportunity by doing that together.

As we gather together, we ground ourselves for a few moments. Then, we immerse ourselves in 10 minutes of reading and 10 minutes of reflective writing. Rest assured, every step is thoughtfully guided, and there is no obligation to share what you read or write.

You need not to worry about bringing writing materials, as we will provide everything you require. However, we do encourage you to bring along your favorite book, a magazine, or any reading material that you yearn to explore further. And if reading is not your preference, simply savor the present moment in all its tranquility.

Second Day

Session 1: 90 min - 10:30 am to 12:00 pm

We embark on a journey of self-care exploration. Discover the best practices that can transform self-care into a powerful ritual as well as an effective stress coping mechanism. Alessandra will guide you through the following elements:

  • What self-care ultimately means and why it is good for mental health;

  • How embracing self-care means self-respect and boosts our self-esteem;

  • How a simple self-care routine could look like and how to insert it in your daily schedule!

  • The importance of establishing healthy boundaries as a fundamental aspect of self-care;

Session 2:  90 min - 1.30 to 3 pm

We know self-care now. But we also just talked about boundaries. We now immerse ourselves in a practical, hands-on session focused on how to create those boundaries and effectively communicate them. We will concentrate on two vital areas:

  • Boundaries with Others:

Empowering yourself to say "NO" from time to time, and unlock more energy for the things that truly matter to you. We will also explore how to communicate what you want and what you don’t want in an assertive and compassionate way.

  • Boundaries with Ourselves:

Are we sacrificing our own time and not sticking to our non-negotiable? Many people report difficulties disconnecting from their digital life.. Let’s learn a few tips on digital wellbeing.

FindYourWay offers guidance to companies, universities and individuals in the form of mental wellbeing consultancy and strategy, with special attention to prevention of mental distress.
