Our “Deep Relaxation” is a 13 minutes guided meditation designed to calm an overactive, stressed mind by inducing a meditative state and helping you to find some calm amidst the chaos.

Please note that headphones are required to feel the effects of binaural beats recordings.

You should start to feel the effects within the first 3 minutes. The effects will deepen and become more pronounced the longer you listen.

You don't need to turn the volume up too high, just loud enough for a comfortable listening experience.

THE SCIENCE BEHIND BINAURAL BEATS

The purpose of using binaural beats therapy may differ among individuals. Some people may need help decreasing their anxiety, while others might want to increase their concentration or deepen their level of meditation.

BINAURAL BEATS

It occurs naturally in the brain. A different sound (tone) frequency is sent to the left and right ears through headphones. Upon hearing the two different frequencies, the brain interprets one consistent, rhythmic frequency, known as binaural beats.
