The large, elegant SPA on the second floor is directly accessible by the elevator, spread over 1‘000 square meters.
Our all-inclusive package offers an extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Betreaters would enjoy dishes with a distinctive character of their own. Combining different types of cuisine from Lebanon, Israel and the Arabic region with flavours from Switzerland.

YOGA: HATHA & ANUSARA
Both sunrise & sunset yoga sessions draw upon carefully chosen asanas to promote either morning stimulation or evening relaxation of the body & mind.
Meditation will be a vital component of each yoga session as you will be guided through powerful techniques, including mantras and Sanskrit to become more mindful and reconnect with yourself.
You will get acquainted with a number of pranayama techniques which will help you clear the mind, oxygenate the body and energise your entire being.
You will be in a state of harmony by using a sound to clear discordance from your energy field. Experience a complete state of relaxation, an increased sense of wellbeing, expanding your awareness, and access to inner visionary experience.
The combination of Restorative Yoga and Reiki Healing provides a moment of powerful healing and deep relaxation.
Incorporating this technique you will break free of negative thoughts and emotions that prevent you from being happy and fulfilling your dreams.
During our opening & closing circles, you will get a chance to connect with other retreat participants and learn from their life experience.
Every day powerful journalling exercises will be used to help you express your emotions, release creative power and connect with yourself on a more intimate level.

MEET YOUR YOGA TEACHER
Nikkii has over 7 years of experience and has been teaching all over the globe. Mostly in Australasia and Asia. Creating retreats, workshops, and teaching many classes. Nikkii is a 500 RYT yoga instructor and a Reiki master who grew up in both Sydney & Zürich. She is qualified in Yoga, Meditation, Reiki & Sound healing. She is now a certified Anusara, Yin and Ayu-yog (Ayurveda & Yoga) teacher, making her a 500RYT. Trained to guide a completely holistic and integrative yoga practice including yoga asana, pranayama, kriyas, mantra and meditation. Nikkii has also dived into sound therapy working with crystal/ Tibetan bowls, creating sound healing workshops around Switzerland, specializing in the subtle art of energies, and she is also a Reiki master.
She has navigated her own winding journey towards health finding creative expression and movement to be the most potent medicine of all. She loves to help individuals grow and improve their quality of life, by bringing balance to the body, mind, spirit, and sense.
WHAT ARE THE IMPORTANT POINTS THAT I SHOULD KNOW?
All the classes will be conducted in English. However, our staff members are fluent in German, French and Spanish.
We have a limit of size to 15 people. However, it might change depending on the local COVID regulations at that time.
Shared rooms are only available for couples/friends/siblings etc. who carry out their booking together.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL RETREAT DAY LOOK LIKE?
There is no “typical” day, as each moment owns an entirely unique process; however to give you an idea, here is a general outline for one of the days. We begin the day with yoga followed by a nourishing breakfast, then a guided meditation. After lunch, then we have two hours of group activities. The afternoon and evening hours finish with a Yin yoga class in combination of reiki or a sound bath. All this will ensure a healthy appetite for a dinner and after you can relax in your room or the spa.
WHAT IF I’M NOT AN ADVANCED YOGA PRACTITIONER? CAN I STILL JOIN?
Absolutely! No advanced asana practice experience is needed; we welcome both yoga beginners and intermediate practitioners. If you are new to yoga, it will be our pleasure to introduce you to this beautiful and life-enriching practice which may turn into a lifestyle! If you’ve been practicing yoga for some time now, the retreat will help you reconnect with yourself and deepen your practice. Our yoga sessions are inclusive and designed in such a way that every participant can enjoy their beneficial effects – as long as they are open to focus inward and listen to their body.
HOW BETREAT DIFFER FROM OTHER YOGA RETREATS?
Betreat is not a typical yoga retreats; we place a strong focus on center points and employ a wide spectrum of tools and techniques to facilitate your transformation, yoga asanas being an important yet small part of what you will learn and experience. While some retreats consist of a morning and evening yoga practice and a lot of ‘on your own’ time in between, Betreat offer a carefully-planned full-day programme replete with hands-on workshops, health & wellness activities complementing the daily work. Every moment and element of the retreat is designed to form an important part of the bigger transformative process.
